PINK Neon Eyeshadow Palette
If Malibu Barbie had an official eyeshadow palette for the summer of 2019, it would be the Huda Beauty Pink Neon Obsessions Palette. Talk about a glitzy and glamorous pink neon must-have compact makeup essential. I must confess this was an impulse purchase, but the mesmerizing aesthetic of this palette screamed out to me, and I just had to have it. I’m currently obsessed with these rich, vibrant, and infectious eyeshadow colors.
Glitzy, Glamorous and PINK
First of all, I like the Huda Beauty Pink Neon Obsessions Palette because of its compact size, super convenient. But, don’t let its small size fool you, the rich colors inside are striking and superb. And as you can see, this is not a boujee $$$$ palette – there was no fancy eyeshadow brush included and it lacked elegant packaging. But for $29 it’s an affordable, fun summer makeup product.
Eye-popping Intense Electric Hues
Keep in mind that these eyeshadow colors are not practical, everyday shades for work. Instead these eye-popping, intense hues from the Huda Beauty Pink Neon Obsessions Palette are best for fun sunny summer days and/or for exciting sexy date nights.
Dreamy Must-have Makeup Essential
The lilac and bright fuchsia matte shades (as shown above) were my favorite among the mattes. The rose and hot pink mattes were not pink enough, they seemed more like coral/peachy shades. The magenta purple matte is super intense. Seriously, though, the lilac matte is so dreamy, especially topped with any of the shimmers. Beware: the pink matte shades lightly stained my eyelids, so maybe use a heavy duty makeup remover.
Fabulous Sparkling Shimmers
The shimmers are fabulous! I love them all. They are not as intense or powerful as they appear. They go on light, so you have to keep building/layering for that intense metallic look. However, they really are more soft and sheer. I believe the intensity of the shimmers depends on the type of brush you use, technique, and if you apply the shimmers wet or dry.
Highly Pigmented And Fierce Eyeshadow Shades
The colors in the Huda Beauty Pink Neon Obsessions Palette are highly pigmented and fierce. Btw, the intensity of these shades last all day long. They’re silky smooth and blend very well. These rich, creamy colors layer beautifully together.
Also, I did not experience any major fall out at all. I’m really impressed with this fun eyeshadow palette that packs a colorful neon punch to my overall makeup look.
PINK Neon 80’s Vibes
The Huda Beauty Pink Neon Obsessions Palette was a no-brainer addition for my pink neon 80’s vibes that I’m rocking this summer.
