Vitamin C is a superhero in anti-aging. I must admit that I haven’t been using this ingredient in my skin care regimen as much as I should. Which is why I’m so glad that I got to try the Derma – E Vitamin C products, because vitamin c is a necessity in any successful beauty routine.

I like Derma – E products because they are easily accessible. They can be found online and at Ulta, Target, Sprouts, and Whole Foods. Which I routinely shop at all these locations, so I can buy them on my regular grocery haul.

Derma – E products are super affordable. All these products are priced under thirty dollars. However, even though they are affordable they aren’t cheap. Pictures don’t lie, Derma – e packaging and products are chic and elegant.

Derma – E products are 100% vegan, cruelty free, Gluten free, GMO free, Soy free, and recyclable. I have sensitive skin and thankfully, it has not reacted negatively to any of these products. I consider Derma – E an ethical, good quality affordable skin care brand. Derma – E is dermatologist recommended, proven and effective. Their slogan is “Proven Clean Beauty”

Vitamin C Instant Radiance Citrus Facial Peel

The product was too runny and messy. The texture is odd, there are little chunks of, well, I’m not too sure what the chunks are? I left the peel on for about five minutes as instructed, and voila, I didn’t notice anything at all. It has an odd scent, not unpleasant, just odd. Sadly this peel from Derma-E just didn’t do it for me. However, after I washed this peel off and then applied the Derma – E Vitamin C Intense Night Cream, my face was very soft. I’m not claiming this peel doesn’t work, I just wasn’t impressed.

I really like these Derma – E vitamin c micellar wipes. I keep them in the fridge, and in the morning I use these refreshing cool wipes to wake my face up. In the evening after I wash off all my makeup, and before I put my night cream on, I use these wipes on my face and neck and the back of my ears. I love the way my face feels after. I prefer these handy wipes more than the micellar water.

I’ve been using this micellar water as a toner instead of a makeup remover. I keep this in my fridge as well and it feels so good to splash this on when I need a pick-me-up. My face and neck feels so clean every time I use this micellar water. However, I prefer the wipes to this micellar water, I don’t really need to use both of these on a daily basis.

*TIP: You don’t really need the micellar water and the wipes in your daily skin care routine. Using both daily is excessive. Decide for yourself which one works best for you, and stick with just the one.

Love this vitamin c serum from Derma – E. My skin just soaks this lightweight serum up. I’ve been using this every single day, twice a day. It layers well, doesn’t get goopy when I apply my other moisturizers on top.

I’ve been using this cream every night after applying Derma – E’s serum, and I love the way my skin looks in the morning. This is a non greasy, lightweight night cream. I have sensitive skin and I haven’t had any negative reactions to any of these Derma – E vitamin c products. Again, I do feel this is a lightweight cream, so if you suffer from extremely dry skin, this night cream might not be strong enough for you.

My only issue with this vitamin c moisturizer is that there is no SPF with this product. Which means I’m supposed to apply Derma – E’s serum, moisturizer, a separate SPF, and then my foundation. That’s too much layering along with my makeup. My makeup looks horrible when I Layer too many skincare products. So I think that I’m going to use this as a night cream, I don’t care how much I layer my skincare at night. I gotta be honest, I’d rather use the Derma – E’s vitamin c serum rather than this moisturizer on a daily basis. So if you have to decide between the serum or this moisturizer for you daily morning skin care routine, pick the serum.
