I was born in Mexico, but several years later Southern California became my forever home.
I’m bilingual, Spanish is my first language, but now I primarily speak it super casually. Fortunately, I do understand much more than I can articulate.

I am an avid traveler. I’ve traveled to all 50 states, Europe, Mexico, and many provinces in Canada. I function at my best when I’m around different cultures, food, and people. I’m currently learning French, but at a snails pace unfortunately.

I’m a writer, colorful image composer, and content creator. I curated and designed this entire blog. The photography and graphics on this site are all my own.
Furthermore – I’m a homemaker, wife, dog mom, traveler, college graduate, homeowner and full-time worker bee (blogging doesn’t pay my bills, it’s a hobby).

Los Angeles Life 🌴 😎 🌴
My husband and I enjoy living in and exploring Los Angeles. We love going to the Getty, Hollywood Bowl, Dodger games, Disneyland, movies, museums, upscale restaurants, hiking, and jogging.
Also, heaven for us is relaxing on the couch as we binge a Netflix show while eating some yummy junk food and playing with our puppy.
By CHOICE we have no kids. We value our freedom, peace & quiet, and money too much. So far we don’t regret this decision at all.
Sophisticated Kitsch 🎀
I wear monochromatic outfits with pink accessories. I adore pink, but I don’t want to look juvenile, so I’m cautious with the amount of pink I wear. I’m short, 5’1, and I have a round face, so it doesn’t take much for me to look kiddish.
I’d describe my fashion style as chic, whimsical, and upscale. Sophisticated kitsch mixed with a bit of a preppy vibe.
I use logos and designer labels sparingly. I am not obsessed with or desire $20,000 handbags, so if you’re looking for that kinda content this ain’t the blog for you.

The best thing that ever happened to me was during my senior year in high school. I went on a horrible blind date, worst date I have ever been on, 10 years later I married the guy. And we lived happily ever after…
